These terms apply to all services provided under the Terry brand, including the mobile application (“Terry App”), the website (https://terry.earth), and the browser extensions (“Terry Impact Reminder”).

1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://terry.earth or using the Terry mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the website or app. The content on the Terry platform is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Terry is a product of OpenCeilings B.V.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Terry’s website or app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not: - Modify or copy the materials; - Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); - Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Terry’s platform; - Remove any copyright or proprietary notations; - Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Terry at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on Terry’s website and mobile application are provided “as is”. Terry makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Terry does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any materials on its platform or linked sites.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Terry or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials, even if Terry has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

By accessing the Terry website, you agree to comply with these terms in relation to all content, browsing, and interactions. You may not misuse the site to gain unauthorized access, attempt hacking, or interfere with other users.

10. Browser Extension: Terry Impact Reminder

By installing the Terry Impact Reminder browser extension, you agree to the following:

- The extension analyzes the URLs of supported partner websites to identify climate-positive opportunities.
- No unrelated browsing history or personal credentials are collected.
- Data collected includes partner website URLs, timestamps, and anonymized user IDs, which are transmitted securely to our internal system (Endorphin) via API.
- All processing complies with GDPR, and you can uninstall the extension at any time via your browser.
